本文以紅、綠、藍三原色發光二極體進行混光調控,實現以RGB-LED為背光源之白光背光源輸出,完成一背光源混光調控系統,以提升背光源亮度與色彩的調控準度。本文應用功因修正器搭配順向式轉換器與回授之技術,製作一35瓦DC/DC背光源電源驅動器,防止因負載變動而造成電壓不穩定,而導致光色飄移,以達成白光光源輸出。RGB-LED易受溫度影響而影響其xy色度座標,導致光飄移情形發生,而無法穩定原色度座標值,本文以可程式系統晶片PSoC予以控制,利用混光調控理論設計製作一自動混光調控系統,以達成白光光色輸出。本文以模組化概念組合製作大尺寸背光模組,並應用背光源混光調控系統,解決RGB-LED應用於背光源之均齊程度。
In this thesis, light emitting diodes with red, green, and blue lights, respectively, are served as the back-light source and employed to generate the three primitive colors that could be adjusted and mixed to realize the output of white light. With the introduction of the techniques, by using the power factor correction and forward converter, a 35 watt DC/DC converter was developed to prevent the color deviation due to instable voltage of the variation load to stabilize the output of white light. The feature of light-emitting diodes is found to be susceptible to temperature which causes color deviation and the value of chromaticity coordinates can not be stable. To prevent the output white light from being experienced with color deviation due to temperature effect on the performance of LED, a mixed-light circuit module is developed by integrating PSoC. By utilizing the developed mixed-light backlight source control system, a module assembly concept is used to develop a large-sized backlight-source module. Eventually, the uniformity of large-size backlight-source can be optimized and the application of RGB LED on large-size LCD can be realized.
