精密量測系統之操作介面開發

摘要


精密量測過程中,需要同時進行運動控制器、訊號擷取、數據計算與繪圖等操作,步驟多且複雜。但是,量測效率差,並且以手動的方式操作量測步驟時,量測人員必須具備豐富的經驗與技術,而且可能會存在人為誤差。尤其進行動態量測時,往往不能達到即時量測需求。 本文所介紹的四個精密量測系統硬體已經完成,需要搭配適合的操作軟體,使其量測功能得到充分發揮。因此本研究以Visual C++為開發工具,開發精密量測系統的操作控制介面,這套軟體整合了硬體控制、電壓訊號擷取、數據儲存、數值分析計算與圖形繪製,不但易懂且操作方便,還能使量測系統具有自動量測功能,量測完成後可以從操作介面檢視各種圖形,量測效率大幅提升。本文開發精密量測系統之操作介面項目: (l) 線性滑軌直度量測系統操作介面。 (2) 線性滑軌行走平行度量測系統操作介面。 (3) 線性滑軌振動量測系統操作介面。 (4) 鏟花件量測系統操作介面。

In precision measurement, motion control, signal acquisition, data and graphics need to be executed at the same time. Excessive steps and complexity degrade the measurement efficiency. By measurement operation manually, operators must be experienced and skillful with artificial errors. Especially in dynamic measurement, the requirement of real-time operation usually cannot be satisfied. In this paper, although the hardware of four precision measurement systems has been completed, their functions to give the best require the adequate operation software. Thus, Visual C++ is taken as the development tool to develop the operation interface of the precision measurement systems. The software integrates hardware control, voltage-based signal acquisition, data storage, data analysis, calculation and graphics. Its operation is intuitive, simple, and makes the system execute measuring automatically. After measurement, all kinds of data graphics can be viewed on the. Thus, the measuring efficiency will be improved. The proposed User Interface of the precise measurement system with the following function: (1) Operation interface for the traveling straightness measurement system of the linear guide; (2) Operation interface for the traveling parallelism measurement system of the linear guide; (3) Operation interface for the high speed vibration measurement system of the linear guide and (4) Operation interface for the scraping measurement system.
