介面壓力測量模組之設計與開發

摘要


本論文主要是設計一套可攜帶式量測壓力模組之應用與開發。其功能是針對人體在不同軟硬度的床墊下,量測出人體各個部位與床墊之間的介面壓力,而且可以隨意移動設置在到想要量測的位置。本文首先介紹最基礎的模組設計概念,及其應用方式與量測誤差,最後利用實際案例以實驗驗證其準確度。 本介面壓力量測模組,主要是利用一種電阻型壓力感測器--Flexiforce Sensor 進行設計的,藉由簡單的分壓電路將壓力轉換為電壓值變化,以微控制晶片讀取電壓值的變化量後再透過RS-232把數值傳至個人電腦端,最後再使用Microsoft Visual Basic發展介面壓力量測模組的人機介面。後續可利用此模組作為防褥瘡氣墊床相關研究之量測設備。

The main destination of this discourse is to design a set of portative pressure-measuring module and know how to use it well and its development. It is for testing many parts of bed’s pressure when we lay on different spongy beds , and can move optionally to any position we want. This discourse will introduce from the design’s idea of the basic module to its use way in detail , and offer some experiments to prove its degree of accuracy. On pressure-measuring , we use changes of Flexiforce Sensor electric resistance to make changes of voltages. We use micro-control chips to read the data out , the changes of voltages , then sent to PC through RS-232 , and use Microsoft Visual Basic compiling the human-machine interface of the module to make sure about its value of pressure. After that , it can be parameters to making air cushion bed which for preventing decubitus ulcer or bedsore.
