本研究的目的在探討企業用人時所產生不道德行為因素,為企業帶來不必要之風險。本文問卷樣本取自中小企業老闆、主管及員工共514份,經過信度、效度檢測後有效問卷500份。關鍵的因素有:員工財務狀況、過去的經歷、嗜好與交友狀態、員工的「原生家庭環境」與主管信任及公司監控制度、宗教信仰、對其產生不道德行為之影響,經主成分分析結果產生四個主要構面:一、「原生家庭環境背景及財務狀況」。二、「充分信任與監控制度不周」。三、「過去經歷」與「金錢主義」行為。四、「有信仰寄託」,以此四構面分析員工品德行為不佳之關鍵因素,研究發現最主要還是財務因素造成品德行為不佳。 本文之管理意涵為企業在招募員工時必須了解其財務狀況有無積欠卡債,員工過去有不良經歷會使他日後容易產生不道德行為,又員工有不良嗜好及結交不良朋友會影響其產生道德風險;在招募後主管須適時關心及留意員工的狀態。員工的「原生家庭」對其產生不道德行為有顯著的影響,員工的父母若從事特殊職業、有不良嗜好(賭博,喜歡喝酒..)、員工家庭的財務狀況不佳也會使員工產生品德不佳之不道德行為。男性員工會因缺錢經濟壓力而產生不道德行為,女性員工較易因感情因素、經濟壓力及愛買名牌而產生挪用公款等不道德行為。因此公司管理人員必須時時關心及了解員工,並加強員工之道德教育,做好相關的監控措施,以利公司能降低其不確定之風險,達永續經營之目標。

Therefore, company management must always be concerned about and understand people and to strengthen moral education of employees and do the relevant control measures to facilitate the company can reduce the risk of uncertainty, the goal of achieving sustainable management.
