風扇轉向器之軸件熱澆道模具設計

摘要


本研究對於生產風扇轉向器軸件射出成型之塑件案例進行探討,使用 POM 塑鋼,以傳統冷澆道生產塑件,因模具設計之故,塑件射出後澆道所產生的廢料較多,使流道廢料佔成本比率高,在產品需求量大時備料成本相對提高。廢料經絞碎處理後回填除了會影響品質,且在絞碎過程中,所產生之音量使操作人員須承受高達 130 分貝的噪音,因此以熱澆道系統代替傳統模具,除了可減少廢料、噪音、縮短生產週期並可提高產品精度。 本文之風扇轉向器之軸件本研究運用模流軟體分析熱澆道內的射出、保壓與冷卻之狀況,觀察熱流板之效率,縮短熱澆道模具之開發、試產並與傳統冷澆道進行分析與比較。實際測試結果顯示,生產周期從原本的85秒縮短至80秒,縮減生產週期6.25%,以同樣產品熱澆道模具之維護費多出5萬元計算,但一台機器一年之耗損成本降低50,000元以上,而原料則可成本降低約120,000元以上,這僅是以一副具模具在8 hour/1day相較於傳統冷澆道所衍生的成本,若採用自動化量產則熱澆道模具相較於傳統冷澆道模具所增加2~3倍之模具製作費,一年內即可回收因,更何況品質的提高和降低噪音對工作人員之受益更是無從估計。

The case of mold of small fan diverter parts (shaft) will be discussed and analyzed in this study. Using cold mold to product parts brings too much injects scraps, and Scraps need to smash into powder and melt down. In the processing, it not only takes too much time and money to reduce but makes 130 dB noises. Hence, if using hot runner system replaces with cold runner mold, it contributes to economize on the cycle time of injection molding and the time of shorting raw material, reduce noise, and improve parts accuracy. In this study, test material is POM. Hot runner system with eight cavities which has long runner, so its cost will be increased. In this case, we use Moldex3D to analyze the filling, packing and cooling of hot runner system, and we observed the efficiency of the system, the shorten system’s developing time, also compared the products of hot runner with cold runner. The result shows that using hot runner system inject parts, which cycle time can be cut down approximately 5 seconds(85s→80s),also reducing 6.25% of cycle time. It makes annual depletion costs be reduced about NT50,000 and material cost about NT 120,000.
