電動車路況負載循環資料蒐集與分析技術研究

摘要


本論文將建構電動車負載變動循環資料收集與分析,將電動車實際行駛各種不同路況之道路,建立工作週期資料庫。負載與鋰電池放電資料數據,能夠與不同路況相互比較,預測鋰電池性能。工作週期資料庫搜集輸出功率、電壓、電流、溫度與馬達轉速。 為了建立電動車負載循環分析,將以 LabVIEW人機介面程式透過筆記型電腦以USB做為傳輸介面,即時讀取每顆鋰電池電壓、電流、殘電量百分比、溫度、馬達轉速、馬達輸出功率。本篇論文將藉由電動車路測資料,建立鋰電池模型,預測鋰電池性能,進而驗證路測數據結果的精確性。

In this study, we try to establish the collection and analysis of electric vehicles’ batterise. According to the different situation of roads when we’re driving, we may construct driving cycle database. The data of requirements and discharge lithium battery can compare with different roads’ situation in order to forecast the performance of lithium battery. The database of vehicle performance collect output power, voltage, electric current, temperature and rotation rate of motor. In order to build the analysis of battery requirements cycle of electric vehicle, we’ll through notebook computers and use LabVIEW man-machine interface formula as transmission interface by USB. It can read each voltage of lithium battery, electric current, percentage of residual capacity, temperature, rotation rate of motor and output power of motor immediately. This study will construct the module of lithium battery, forecast performance of lithium battery by electric vehicle road testing data and prove the accuracy of road testing result further.
