摘要


本論文探討具避震器系統之嬰兒車輪動態分析,本系統振動模型推導源自古典力學,藉由此模型可做模擬分析並將結果與實驗結果比較。實驗內容為嬰兒車輪在設計好的路障上做耐用度測試,理論部分則用COMSOL軟體做車輪振動分析,計算位移、受力及應力等。本文模擬結果與實驗結果頗為吻合。

In this research, we present the dynamic analysis of stroller wheel with a shock absorber and discuss the wheel system vibration. The wheel vibration model with the shock absorber is derived from classical mechanics, and is simulated and compared to the experiments. The wheel, when run on the road, always has vibration because the road surface uneven then it should affect the durability of the wheel. In this research, the COMSOL software will show some physical results about the wheel vibration such as displacement, forces, stress etc. which are functions of time. The simulation result has good agreement with the experimental result.
