旋轉式吹瓶機之吹瓶模座裝置的系統化設計

摘要


旋轉式PET 吹瓶機的生產效率和穩定性是由其吹瓶模座裝置所決定的、此裝置是由吹瓶模具、凸輪機構、組合稱為開關模座凸輪連桿機構。當進行吹氣成瓶的過程時,此凸輪將驅動凸輪連桿機構產生開模與關模的運動。而開關模座凸輪運動之設計、將影響吹瓶模座的運動特性及吹氣成瓶過程的效率。因此、為了提升旋轉式吹瓶機的性能、這項工作的目標為研究旋轉式吹瓶機開關模座凸輪運動之設計。 首先、連桿與死點的配置建議是開/關模的機構、以減少模座的凸輪。然後、依據向量迴路法、對倒置型的吹瓶模座凸輪連桿機構進行運動分析之數學模式的建立。再根據吹瓶模座作動時之設計需求和限制、以基本凸輪運動曲線(MS, MT)來設計連桿與死點的配置建議。依據包絡理論推導出開關模座凸輪機構的輪廓外型、並分析凸輪機構的壓力角。最後、利用所設計的新凸輪機構和新MT曲線、可以改善吹瓶機的運動與靜動力特性、消除開模區間所產生的衝擊力、降低開關模凸輪機構的壓力角、可進一步提升吹瓶機之運轉速度與產量。

The manufacture efficiency and stability of rotary type PET bottle blow-molding machines are determined by the blow-station device. This device consists of blow-molds and cam-linkages. It is called the open/close blow-mold cam mechanism. When the blow-forming process is progressing, the cam drives the cam-linkage to generate open/close motion. The design of open/close blow-mold cam mechanism (including cam and linkage) affects the kinematic characteristics and the manufacture efficiency. Hence, in order to improve the performance of the rotary type blow-molding machine, this work targets on the design of the open/close blow-mold cam mechanism for a rotary type blow-molding machine. Firstly, the linkage with dead configuration is proposed to be the mechanism of open/close mold mechanism to reduce the number of cams of blow-station device. Then, according to the concept of vector loop, the kinematic equations are derived for blow-mold cam mechanism. Based on the design requirements and constraints and applying the motion curves (MS, MT) of cam, the linkage with dead configuration is synthesized. According to the theory of envelope, the profile of the cam is synthesized and its pressure angle is analyzed. Finally, the new blow-mold cam mechanism is designed to have new MT motion of blow mold and improve the kinematic characteristics of rotary blow-molding machine. The pressure angle of the open/close mold cam mechanism is decreased. The result of this of this work can successfully decreases the vibration and noise of the blow-molding machine and increases the productivity of the blow-molding.
