隨著科技發達以及電腦的蓬勃發展,無人搬運車的利用在產業界已經成為搬運的主流,為了使產品量產、成本降低以及人為安全等因素,AGV變成不可或缺的角色,製造AGV時,內部的結構往往面臨因散熱不良導致機具加速老化及損毀,故如何考慮散熱風扇的擺放位置對AGV整套系統是非常重要的。 本研究主要是探討無人搬運車的散熱風扇之擺放位置,先從簡易的AGV模組中取出六個風扇的擺放位置,在使用Star-ccm+分析其取出溫度下降最快速的位置,再以Design-Expert軟體分析其變異數分析其殘差分析,探討出風扇位置對整體內部熱場之影響,透過找出這些重要因子,利用實驗計劃法中的反應曲面法求得最佳化之目標。
With the advancement in technology and computer to flourish, AGV utilization in the industrial sector has become the mainstream of transport, in order to make mass production, cost reduction and human security and other reasons, the AGV to become an indispensable role, Manufacturing AGV, the internal structure are often faced with due to poor heat dissipation equipment to accelerate the aging and damaged, it is how to consider the placement of the cooling fan on the AGV entire system is very important. This study is to discuss the placement of the cooling fan of the AGV, From the simple AGV module, set of six fan placement, Star-ccm+ analysis of the temperature drop fastest position, then the Design-Expert software, analysis of variance of the residual analysis, and discussion of fan location on the overall internal thermal field by identifying these important factors, the experimental project the response surface obtained by the optimization goal.
