In recent years, the application of carbon fiber composite materials in the building on a growing trend, and most of the material damage caused in the long time fatigue process, due to the fatigue failure was difficult to predict when it occurred, so the life prediction in carbon fiber composite materials were became very important. In this study established Carbon/Epoxy laminate composite materials at the different stress parameters of fatigue damage on the detection method and the viewpoint of fatigue stiffness degradation to establish the relational model. It explored the fatigue damage properties of carbon/epoxy laminate by conducting the fatigue testing with different specific stresses, frequencies and stress ratios. Inspection images of loaded specimens by C-SCAN were obtained. By the program to convert images to quantify the degree of fatigue damage levels of the specimen value. Finally the experimentally results were compared to the fatigue stiffness and quantitative of fatigue damage and develop the model relational of each other.
