高功因可調式加熱器驅動電路之研製

摘要


本論文研製之對自製陶壺內設置功率電阻做加熱香料之設備,具備高功因驅動與可調式的電路架構。此架構前級使用反馳式PFC,提高功因和利用率,第二級為降壓型轉換器做為功率電阻的驅動電路,本文使用電流模式控制,提供穩定的電流源,再透過調整降壓型轉換器(buck)上之可變電阻改變輸出電壓,達到加熱之功能。依據本論文提出之操作原理與架構設計製作出具高功因的驅動控制陶壺上功率電阻對香料進行加熱之電路,進而驗證此論文中提出的電路架構之可行性與特性。

This thesis proposes a structure of driver and adjustable circuit for the homemade ceramic pot heating equipment with high power factor.The first stage is adopted the flyback converter as power factor correction to improve power factor and utilization. The second stage is to uses a buck converter as output resistor driver circuit.We use current mode control to provide a stable current source,then through adjustable the buck converter to variable resistor signal for controlling the duty cycle and changing the output current of resistor for reaching the heating function.Based on the principles of operation and architecture design, it presents high power factor adjustable heating driver circuit and measures its changes in waveform,and verifies the feasibility and characteristics of the circuit architecture proposed in this paper.
