一個基於眼動的身障生註記系統

An Annotation System Based on Eye-Tracking for Disabled Student

摘要


在數位學習的過程中,當眼睛接收到正確的教學訊息時才會是學習效果最佳的時候,因此眼球追蹤儀被廣泛地運用在許多為了提升學習成效的人機互動系統上,眼球追蹤儀讓人機互動系統對學習的輔助效果最大化,讓學生能夠運用最自然且直覺的方式充分利用人機互動系統並提升其學習成就,然而這些系統並沒有是針對身障學習者的。 因此我們開發了一個基於眼動的身障生註記系統,讓身障生可以透過眼球追蹤儀,自己操作電腦來閱讀電子書,並可以對電子書內容增加註記。藉由這個系統來提升身障生的學習成效。 在實驗的結果中,顯示了使用者對註記系統有良好的使用性感受,而且根據問卷的調查,這些使用者對於使用此系統覺得很感興趣。

In the process of digital learning, when the eyes receive the correct learning information, it is the best time to learn. Therefore, the eye tracker is widely used in some human-computer interaction systems in order to improve learning efficiency. The eye tracker maximizes the assistive learning effectiveness of the systems and allow students to enhance learning outcomes in the most natural and intuitive way. However, these systems are not specifically for the disabled learners. Therefore, we provide an annotation system based on eye-tracking for disabled student. The system enable the disabled student to read e-books and annotate the content of e-books through the eye tracker, for improving the learning effectiveness of disabled students. In the experiment, the result showed that the annotation system has good usability. According to the questionnaire, the participants are interested in using this system.
