集合式住宅施工履歷資訊系統建置之研究

摘要

業界或市面上雖有房屋施工履歷資訊系統，但皆屬於政府單位或建設公司的角度去開發的，未有以購屋者角度來發展房屋施工履歷資訊系統，建設公司想要透過房屋施工履歷資訊系統證明房屋品質，提升購屋者對建設公司的信賴，進而促成房屋成交，購買房屋是購屋者面對一生之中巨大的支出之一，可獲得房屋更透明的建造資訊，能較安心。
　　本研究以王毓文於2009年發表之碩士論文－高層集合住宅建物生產履歷管理模式之研究理論架構，實作資訊系統，建立集合式住宅施工履歷資訊系統建置。

Although there are residential construction resume information systems on the market, they are designed for the government units and construction companies but not for house buyers. Buying a house is a great expense for the average family, if the construction companies provide a residential construction Resume system, buyers can get the transparent and clear information of the residential buildings to which not only can make the buyers feel more reassured but also get the trust of buyers’ increases buyers’ willingness on purchases.
This research is based on the research theory framework of Yu-Wen Wang, 2009, Production Certification Management Model for High-Rise Residential Buildings establishing the information system of residential buildings construction resume.
