統計自動分析系統之開發與應用

摘要

隨著科技的快速發展與大數據時代的來臨，人們每天面對大量的資料並試圖從中分析出有用的資訊，此時統計分析方法扮演著不可或缺的重要角色，因此我們試著開發統計自動分析系統，讓使用者可以藉由站內搜尋的功能找到感興趣的論文，並藉此學習論文中的分析步驟與完整的程式內容，也可以透過圖形用戶介面（Graphical User Interface，GUI）的設計進行自動化資料分析，系統會自動提供最佳的模型參數，也會產生分析結果，並且顯示結論與適當的模型解釋供使用者參考。

　　系統目前可執行集群分析、探索性數據分析、迴歸分析。我們會針對理論部分進行說明，並描述自動產生結果的設計理念，之後也會以一篇關於老人患者認知能力變化的論文作為演示範例，完整呈現論文的分析流程與程式碼，並以其中的資料作為自動化分析的操作示範，藉此展示系統功能與分析結果。

With the rapid development of technology and the advent of the big data era, people try to analyze a large amount of data and obtain useful information from it. Statistical analysis plays an important role now. Therefore, we try to develop an automatic statistical analysis system. Users can find the paper that they are interested in through the in-site search engines, and learn the analysis steps as well as related codes about it. Besides, users can analyze their data through our system designed by graphical user interface (GUI). The system will provide the optimal parameters of the model and produce the results automatically.

　　Currently, the system includes cluster analysis, regression analysis, and exploratory data analysis. We introduce the underlying theory of these methods and describe how to produce the results automatically. Then we take the paper about cognitive change of elderly patients as an example and demonstrate the results including complete analysis steps and detailed source codes. Finally, we use the data in this paper to operate the automatic analysis system.
