貨機為航空貨運公司營運的主要工具,造價所費不貲且使用年限長達20至30年,機型選擇決策影響航空公司盈虧深遠。本研究以台灣兼營客、貨運之國際組合型航空公司為研究對象,透過層級分析法探討組合型航空於貨機機隊採購規劃時,機型選擇之關鍵因素與最適機型方案。 本研究參考相關文獻與專家意見建立貨機機型評選架構,歸納含括內、外部環境的六項評估構面,與其相關之十五項評估準則,及三項機型選擇方案,並以問卷方式調查任職於組合型航空公司營運部門、企劃部門及決策高層等三類專家,分析影響組合型航空貨機機型評選關鍵因素,以提供業者未來決策考量方向。 研究結果發現:(1)組合型航空公司於貨機機型評選時較關注企業內部發展策略及使用成本構面,外部環境影響程度相對較低;(2)排序最高的關鍵準則為商業模式、操作成本、航網發展及持有成本等;(3)貨機機型方案權重以波音777貨機最高,其次為波音747-800及空中巴士330-300貨機。
This thesis presents how international commercial airlines in Taiwan with combined passenger and cargo services evaluate and choose types of cargo aircraft. The purpose is to advance the limited current knowledge on the factors influencing the combination airlines’ decision on cargo aircraft selection. The approach in this dissertation is to find the main elements of choosing cargo aircraft by utilizing one of multi-criteria decision-making methods: Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), because selection of appropriate cargo aircraft is a key determinant for a combination airline. The results in this research show: 1) Combination Airlines are more concerned about the internally developed criteria and cost criteria than external macro environment criteria. 2) When deciding the fleet, airlines are more interested in their business model, operating costs and network development. 3) Based on the defined selection criteria, the most suitable decision is to purchase Boeing 777 freighter, followed by Boeing 747-800 and finally Airbus 330-300.
