社會創新角色關係研究:以台灣竹山鎮為例

南投縣竹山鎮在過去曾是相當繁榮的「前山第一城」，然而，在面臨竹林業的衰退、高速公路落成導致遊客減少、921 大地震造成許多居民舉家遷移及台灣加入世界貿易組織之後，竹山鎮頓時落入衰退、蕭條的深淵。在沉寂了多年之後，媒體上突然出現了與竹山鎮社會創新現象相關的報導，本研究將檢視竹山鎮的社會創新現象，探討其中有哪些角色及角色之間的關係為何，並透過單一個案研究法及半結構式訪談法整理出角色與關係架構，分析其背後的組成。本研究之成果欲協助決策者在針對社會創新、鄉鎮復興之議題時有更加完善的規劃。

Zhushan Town used to be a prosperous. Howerver, the decline of bamboo industry, the completion of highways, which led to a decrease in tourists, the earthquake in 1999, which made many residents move away, and Taiwan’s accession to WTO made Zhushan Town suddenly fall into the abyss of recession and depression. After many years of silence, there have been reports in the media about the social innovation phenomenon in Zhushan Town. This research will examine the social innovation phenomenon in Zhushan Town, explore the roles and relationship of these roles, and organize the role and relationship structure through single case study and semi-structured interview. The results of this research are intended to assist decision makers in dealing with social innovation and rural transformation issues
