紀錄片《與山的對話》之創作論述

臺灣引進聯合國「里山倡議」概念推廣已行之有年，「里山倡議」精神強調地景也強調在地文化的重要性，此作法不管是在日本或全世界都成為一個理想的典範，而這樣的典範在臺灣的客家社區是否也能夠達到預期的理想呢？本創作試圖記錄里山精神在客家社區鹿寮坑的發展樣貌，企圖了解里山倡議在臺灣實行真正的情況與成果。鹿寮坑從以前到現在，人與土地經過非常多的演變，在這些演變裡面，到了近年在使用「里山倡議」的理念在做社區營造，「里山倡議」的理念對於這個社區有了什麼樣的改變？以及未來要發展什麼？是一個值得關注的議題，所以研究者透過「社區影像」和參與觀察的方式，來拍攝這些社區營造活動做的轉變和成果，記錄當地居民的看法和對未來的期望，作為當代客家社區發展的記錄與影像文獻。

The concept of UN’s “Satoyama Initiative” has been introduced and developed for years. The spirit of “Satoyama Initiative” emphasizes the landscape, as well as the importance of localized culture. No matter in Japan or whole world, it has become an ideal model. Can such model meet expectation in Taiwan too? This creation is tried to record the development of Satoyama spirit in Hakka community-Luliaokeng, and the attempts to realize how the practice has been really going on in Taiwan, so the result.There has been huge evolution on people and land in Luliaokeng since before till now. In the above evolution, what change has there been and what kinds of development will there be to this community with the concept of UN’s “Satoyama Initiative” in doing community creation? It’s a topic worthy studying with highly concern. The searchers shoot the turning and result from the activities of community creation through “Community Documentary” and survey, record the thoughts and expectation from local residents, and turn it as the record and image contribution to Hakka community creation nowadays.
