DIY直立型與回收輪胎型植栽組合套件開發設計

Design of Assembly Kits for DIY Perpendicular and Recycled-Tier-Form Planting Sets

摘要


本研究群所開發DIY綠屋頂/綠花園套件(以下簡稱DIYGreen)雖已漸漸在國內各地推廣及使用,惟目前只能用在平坦面,故本研究開發設計直立型套件,除了可減少面積限制,亦增加垂直空間的利用,讓DIYGreen也可用於陽台、牆面及屋內。直立型套件主要開發設計堆疊及綠牆二式,前者適用於陽台或室內栽種植物,可互相堆疊提高垂直空間利用率、具三向突出加強穩定性及增加種植面積,且設計儲水盒改善回收瓶版些微漏水的問題;後者適用於牆面,可彈性擴充使垂直空間妥善運用,各套件設計適當扣接方式,滿足多用途的需求。套件採用Solidworks進行設計,包括結構應力與功能性分析,以3D列印機列印所設計之套件,並依據實驗經驗建立適當的使用與操作方法。 由於國內廢輪胎每年產量十分高且回收再利用管道不佳,本研究因而挑選大小合適,能與已開發成功的DIYGreen基座配合之廢輪胎,開發架網、支撐、組合式等三種使用方法成功種植各種植物,讓廢輪胎有效原型再利用。惟因輪胎尚不確定是否會釋出影響健康物質,故在未確認前暫不建議用於種植可食性植物。 本研究採用LinkIt 7697在Wi-Fi環境下開發可監測DIYGreen空氣溫濕度、土壤濕度與土讓內溫度變化的物聯網套件,能結合手機應用程式直接在個人行動裝置上監控數據並即時通知,使照料植物更智慧化且可有效利用水資源。

DIY green garden/roof (DIYGreen) kits developed by this research group have been promoted and used. However, previous kits can be applied only for flat surfaces. To decrease area restrictions and increase the use of vertical space, this study developed perpendicular assembly kits to be applied in balcony, indoor, and wall. Two major types of perpendicular assembly kits were developed: stackable and green-wall types. The stackable type, for use in balcony or indoor, improves vertical space utilization by designing stackable three-way protrusions to increase planting area and maintain balance. To resolve the water leaking and balance problems encountered with recycled bottles, a water storage box was designed. The green-wall type, for use on variable walls, can effectively utilize the vertical wall space with flexible expansion. Appropriate methods to fasten the kits were carefully designed and applicable for various purposes. Kits were designed by using Solidworks, its simulation tool was also used to implement the stress simulation and applicability analyses. The kits were printed by 3D printers and tested. According to the experiences and results gained from various tests, the kits were further improved, including their operation procedures. Domestic waste tiers are continuously generated at a high annual rate and have limited recycle solutions. Therefore, this study applied waste tires to develop DIYGreen kit base. Three types of tire bases were developed: net, supporting and expandable types. Three types were successfully demonstrated for planting various vegetables and fruit, although they are currently not recommended for planting edible plants before no harmful chemical release can be assured. A LinkIt 7697 based IoT kit was also developed under the Wi-Fi environment to monitor DIYGreen planting environment such as air temperature, humidity, and soil moisture and temperature. The IoT kit allows users to view the data instantly on their mobile devices, providing a smart tool to facilitate planting and using water resources effectively
