健康促進推行對企業員工職業安全衛生的效益評估—以G公司為例

摘要


健康促進是目前社會上新的議題,除職場上勞工對健康意識的重視程度大幅提升,政府在勞工健康保護的法令也日趨嚴格,職場中已不再像過去注重在工作安全以避免立即的意外傷害發生,同時必須在預防職場的職業病或健康管理層面上加強服務措施並有計劃的推行,對企業員工職業安全衛生效益更有助益。 本研究以近期政府推行的職業安全四大計畫結合個案G公司所推行的健康促進活動,建立五個研究構面:母性身心健康保護、異常工作負荷措施、健康預防與檢查之保護、提供安全與健康工作環境、結合企業CSR。利用統計軟體、多元迴歸分析與路徑模式圖建立研究架構,藉由研究的分析結果,發覺出對企業員工職業安全衛生效益有顯著助益的健康促進活動。 本研究發現個案G公司員工對五個研究構面的健康促進活動,顯著性認同對企業員工職業安全衛生的效益是有助益的,其中研究設計各構面的變項(不同型式的健康促進活動類型)總計有20項,經過統計軟體分析得出員工對其中17個變項是感到滿意,驗證這17項不同的健康促進活動是值得個案G公司持續推廣,可持續增進對企業員工職業安全衛生的效益,同時也提供未來企業在推行健康促進活動的規劃時,有參考的實務依據。 健康促進推行對企業員工職業安全衛生的效益就研究顯示是具有顯著滿意度的,因此對企業而言應再針對員工所需要的健康促進活動類型多加研究,讓員工感受到企業所推行的健康促進是適切於員工所需,進而提升員工職業安全衛生的效益,讓企業與員工達到雙贏的局面。 關鍵詞:健康促進、母性身心健康保護、異常工作負荷措施、健康預防與檢查之保護、提供安全與健康工作環境、結合企業CSR

Health promotion is a new issue in the society. In the workplace, there has been a drastic improvement in labor's health awareness, and regulations governing protection of labor health are increasingly strict. In addition to preventing hazards that may cause immediate injuries, companies need to strengthen services and implement programs for prevention of occupational diseases or for health management in the workplace. These efforts can lead to better occupational safety and health of their employees. Based on the four major programs of occupational safety recently promoted by the government and the health promoting activities implemented in case company G, this study proposed five research dimensions, including maternal physical and mental health protection, measures against abnormal workload, health protection and examination, provision of a safe and healthy work environment, and integrating CSR. Using statistical software, multiple regression analysis, and path modeling diagram, this study developed a framework to explore health promoting activities that can significantly contribute to occupational safety and health of employees. Results showed that employees of company G significantly agreed that health promoting activities in the five research dimensions can benefit occupational safety and health of employees. A total of 20 variables (different types of health promoting activities) were designed for the research dimensions. Through statistical analysis, this study found that the employees were satisfied with 17 variables of them, meaning that it is worth for company G to continuously implement these 17 health promoting activities to enhance the occupational safety and health of employees. Besides, these activities can also be a practical reference for other companies when developing health promoting activities. Results showed that employees were significantly satisfied with the benefits of health promoting activities for their occupational safety and health. Therefore, businesses are advised to make more efforts to explore the types of health promoting activities that employees need. By providing health promoting activities that meet employees’ needs, they can improve employees’ occupational safety and health and also create a win-win situation for both the company and employees.
