大學生關係攻擊行為與依附關係類型之相關:心智化的中介效果 羅升 國立交通大學教育研究所教育心理與諮商組 摘要 本研究旨在了解大學生的依附關係類型與關係攻擊之間的現況,並 探討心智化 反思功能 在依附關係類型與關係攻擊 之間的中介效 果。 採問卷調查法,以 「人際依附風格量表」、「反思功能問卷」、「攻擊行為評估量表」作為測量工具。本研究以臺灣地區北中南共五所大學之 大一至大四的 學生為 研究 對象,以班級為單位進行立意抽樣,共獲得 529 份有效問卷 。 以描述性統計、變異數分析、獨立樣本 t 檢定 、二因子 變異數 分析、皮爾森積差相關、階層迴 歸分析進行資料 分析與討論。 研究結果如下: 1. 大學生整體關係攻擊行為偏 少 ,男大生顯著 的 比女大 生有更多的 關係攻擊,大二生比起大四生、大一生有更多的關係攻擊 2. 大學生整體心智化能力尚可,性別在心智化上無顯著差異 3. 大學生依附關係類型、心智化、關係攻擊之間有大部份著顯著相關性; 4 焦慮依附類型、逃避依附類型與整體關係攻擊、主動式關係攻擊、反應式關係攻擊受到缺乏心 智化與過度心智化之部份中介效果影響。最後以上述研究結果,提出討論,並提供未來研究方向與實務建議作為未來相關研究之參考。
The Relationship between College Students' Aggressive Behavior and the Type of Attachment: The Mediating Effect of Mentalization Abstract The purpose s of the study is to investigate the current status of relational aggression in college students, to explore the relations between attachment , relational aggression and mentalization , Besides, we also test the mediate effect of mentalization between type of attachment and relational aggression. The measure tools used in this study in clude Type of attachment scale”, Reflective Functioning Questionnaire and“Aggressive scale” scale”. The questionnaires were administered to 529 college students in Taiwan. The result of survey were analyzed by stastic of describe, ANOVA, t test, two way ANOVA, Pesrson’s correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The result of the st udy was as follows: 1. There was significant differences in gender in relational aggression behavior. 2. There was no significant differences in gender and grades interaction effects in relational aggression behavior. 3. The type of attachments , mentalizing, proactive and reactive aggression related each other significantly. 4. The hyper mentalizing and hypomentalizing partially mediated the relationship between anxious atta chment , avoidant attachment and relational aggression. Finally, the advanced discussions and further suggestions were addressed based on the result of this study.
