摘要


供應商選擇問題是在處理與比較兩個製程的差別,並且選出一個製程能力較高者當成所屬之供應商。其中,良率是一個被廣泛運用於製程表現的績效指標。在此篇研究中,我們面對多品質特性的供應商選擇問題時,藉由使用良率指標 來比較兩個供應商的製程優劣,並選出兩者之間其產品擁有較高良率的一方做為我們所選擇的供應商。在此,我們使用兩個階段的假設檢定來做抉擇,並且提供在實行假設檢定時所需要的臨界值,以作為供應商選擇的判定標準。另外,為了使檢定力得以在可容許範圍內,我們亦提供了所需要的抽樣樣本數。這些成果將會使業界或使用者在做這類問題時更加方便,並且準確。最後,我們運用並說明在現實工廠裡的一個實際例子,來比較兩個供應商如何做選擇,並驗證此研究的可行性。

Supplier selection is to deal with comparing two processes and selecting the one that has a significantly higher capability value. Process yield has been widely used on process performance. In this paper, we consider the supplier selection problem with multiple characteristics by using the yield index to compare two production processes and select one that has higher production yield. Testing hypotheses with two phases for comparing two processes are considered. Critical values of the testing hypotheses are calculated to determine the selection decisions. Sample size required for a designated selection power and confidence level is also investigated. These results provide useful information to practitioners. An application example on comparing two production processes is presented to illustrate the practicality of the proposed approach to a real problem in the factory.
