摘要


In fast-moving mobile app industry, there is a need for exploring how startup founder in different backgrounds are making effort to survive and sustain in the APPs market. Thus, this qualitative research analyses the relationship between business and engineering background through cross pattern and Gioia method analysis. There are 3 aggregates that capture founders’ entrepreneur journey. Opportunities and goal are mostly the same perspectives. Founder relation and team building have totally different perspectives and dominant points. The last, resources, financing and revenue show that business founder plays dominant role with different perspectives with engineering background.
