轉運站資訊服務績效評估指標之研究

摘要


旅客所搭乘的公共運輸並非及門服務,需透過同場站或跨場站轉乘,因此轉乘中間的不方便及資訊不完整等情況將成為國內民眾甚至國外來臺旅客害怕搭乘公共運輸的原因。對轉乘之旅客而言,需有明確且清楚的搭乘資訊,否則會陷於慌張之狀況,增加轉乘之阻滯程度。另也應提供資訊服務設施或人員之服務使轉乘者得以消解轉乘阻滯之不愉快感受,降低旅客於候車時的不耐感。 本研究旨在探討民眾在各類轉運站進行同場站或跨場站轉乘過程中的資訊及資訊服務設施需求,並針對這些需求發展一套對應的績效評估指標。最後透過實際探討評估十座國內北部著名轉運站,並以「管理者」為對象設計一套可視化構想呈現結果,並得出結論及建議,供後續相關單位參考。

Cross-carrier transfer is inevitable for public transits since the door-to-door service is not possible, which causes the inconvenience and uncertainty for public transits usage. For those passengers who transfer at the public transit depots, certain transfer information should be provided completely and clearly otherwise passengers will fall into the panic situation. Furthermore, it should also provide information facilities and passenger service, as a result, passengers’ unpleasant or anxious feelings could be properly relieved. This study aims at exploring various transfer requirements among combinations of information and service. The objective of this research is to yield a set of indicators of public transit depots. Finally, this study discusses the implications for 10 public transit depots of Northern Taiwan and provides some suggestions and recommendations through a design of visualization for future research and the authorities concerned.
