This study is based on the difficulty and the item discrimination index in order to make analysis on the results of exclusive and inclusive literacy test question examination. The analysis outcome shows that all high school students have better performance on exclusive literacy test question than inclusive literacy test question. The examine were divided into the students of normal high school and elite high school. The overall performance of elite high school students are significantly more outstanding than those of normal high school. Observed from the analysis, we learned that inclusive literacy test questions aren’t more difficulties than exclusive literacy test questions. But the difference of test results came from students’ lack of reading and understanding ability. After making analysis on both test questions and combined the results of analysis, the results reveal the fact that the high schooler's performace in the realms of algebra and function are not ideal.
