重返地方：迴遊者的身體 ——《踅，舊地名》

本論文以關注身體感官作為一種藝術介入地方實踐的方法，並提出以臺灣日常生活中所常用的白話字「踅」，也是臺語中所自然帶入走、晃、繞、逛的身體行為，嘗試構築在地「迴遊者」的歸巢精神。本研究的實踐與論述方法，將類比設計語言中的圖層、錨點、曲線、漸變與封存等五個概念進行創作。地方被視為多重圖層，由錨點相連，串接地方路徑作為「踅」的曲線進而觀察其所構成的地圖，以回應地方歷史、時間、文化、語言的變遷與演進，再進一步嘗試透過探尋曾存在地方中的「舊地名」作為「踅」於地方的漸變參數，再予以封存作為地方現場的記憶與經驗檔案。透過身體感官進入當地的體驗方法，將此身體移動路徑中所採集之在地訪談、聲音檔案及物件集合做創作媒材，以「踅」之概念開展地方觀察，並透過藝術實踐於地方擴張與實驗，進而書寫地方認同。

This thesis focuses on the physical senses as a method of art intervention in local praxis, building the homing spirit of the local “Remigrator”. The researcher proposes that the commonly used Taiwanese vernacular word "se̍h", is a physical behavior naturally brought into bodily movements such as walking, circling, and strolling in the Taiwanese. The methods of praxis and discussion in this study are based on five concepts deriving from the analog design language. They are: layers, anchors, curves, gradients, and storage. Places, connected by anchors, are seen as multiple layers that connect the local paths into a "curve" of "se̍h", thus forming a map from it. Through observing the map as a way of responding to the changes and evolution of local history, time, culture, and language, the author explores the "old names of places". They once existed as the gradual parameter of stepping into the place, and then were sealed as the memory and experience of the local scene. Through the bodily senses of entering local experiences as a method, the interviews, sound files, and objects collected from the path of the body's movement are used as media to create artwork. The researcher carried out the local observations with the concept of "se̍h", in order to further expand and experiment the place through art praxis. The aim of this art praxis is to forge the local identity through writing.
