平台經濟似乎是面對數位化趨勢的其中的答案之一,但是根據《哈佛商業評論》 (Harvard Business Review)2019年的研究,經營失敗的平台只能生存4.7年,這主要是由於對於市場競爭的錯誤認知導致提早退出。因此,公司必須全面性地利用數位化策略。並且,麥肯錫公司調查顯示,超過70%的公司在數位化轉型方面都尚未取得成功。因此,在轉型過程中,如何在更具數位化的未來中維持生存能力就變得其為重要。本文主旨是為公司提供系統性的工具來驗證數位化策略。本研究大綱總結了七項壓力測試,透過進一步的案例分析評估進行數位化轉換的過程,每個關鍵支持性陳述和解釋相對應地驗證了壓力測試。通過商業案例分析,大多數公司都遵循這些相對應的步驟。最後,本研究希望可以提供各產業在轉型過程中的參考。
Platform economy seems one of the answers when facing the digitalization trend, however according to research of Harvard Business Review in 2019, platform which failed can only survive 4.7 years mainly because exit prematurely by misconception of competition. So, company must utilize the digital strategies comprehensively. Also, McKinsey & Company Survey demonstrated over 70% of companies didn’t success in digital transformation. So, according to these, during the transformation process, how to maintain the ability of surviving in the even-more-digital future becomes more imperative. This thesis aims at providing company a systematic tool to verify its digital strategic. The research framework is concluded seven stress tests for evaluating the process of transformation with the further expansion of case-by-case analysis. The key supportive statements and explanations are verified for each test accordingly. Through the business cases analysis, most of the companies follow the reflective test. Finally, this research hope can be the reference for the process of transformation in various industries.
