輕型水刀切割機之設計與實作

摘要


本論文為打造一台輕型水刀切割機,設計了一個簡約設計的壓力調整裝置。使用市面上已成熟商品化的高壓洗車機中的馬達幫浦並拆除安全開關,和標準水刀所使用的磨料和水刀頭配件。本篇論文設計的壓力調整裝置可使規格不匹配的幫浦和水刀頭可搭配運作,同時為洩流類型的安全裝置,即可搭建出一台輕型水刀切割機。

This research present a easy way to build light-duty water jet cutter, which is design a simple structure of pressure adjustment device. Using a pump from a high pressure washer which is business maturity removed the safety electrical limit switch, a standard abrasive for water jet cutting and a water jet cutting head. Add a pressure adjustment device made pump and cutting head, which are not match, can work together. The pressure adjustment device is also a safety device. This simple structure of pressure adjustment device is the way to build a light-duty water jet cutter.
