智慧建築節電策略之探討 -以林口研華智能建築園區為例

摘要


本研究透過對林口研華智能園區在智慧節能方面的分析與探討中了解智能系統應在以維持人體舒適度之前提下,達到節能效果,而非一味的追求節能成效,智能系統所提供的是積極管理的實踐,讓我們發覺還有哪些設施與運作是有節能之空間,並透過節能系統之分析與協助以達到節能之目標。 林口研華智能園區在節電方面提出的策略為全方位智能建築解決方案包含樓宇能源管理系統(BEMS)、智能接待系統(i-Reception)、智能會議室(i-Meeting)、智能停車(i-Parking)、人感照明空調系統(i-Lighting)、智能監視系統(i-Surveillance)及智能安全系統(i-Security)。依據近兩年之營運資料,整個智慧建築總投資初估約可在6年回收成本,同時,2016年相較於2015年節能效益達到10.1%,其中以空調節電貢獻最大。

In this study, through the analysis and discussion of intelligent energy saving in Linkou Intelligent Park of Advantech, we found that the goal of energy-saving efficiency by the intelligent system should be accomplished under the maintenance of human comfort, rather than blindly pursue energy-saving efficiency. The intelligent system provides the active management practices, let us know what facilities and operations have some room in energy-efficient, and through the analysis and assistance of energy-saving system to achieve the goal of energy conservation. For the energy-saving strategy, Linkou Intelligent Park of Advantech proposes a comprehensive intelligent building solutions include BEMS (Building Energy Manager System)、i-Reception(intelligent reception)、i-Meeting、i-Parking、i-Lighting、i-Surveillance and i-Security. According to the operating data of the past two years, the cost recovery of total investment in intelligent system is about six years. At the same time, the energy saving efficiency will reach 10.1% in 2016 compared with 2015, among which the energy saving from air conditioning contributes most.
