Effect of Transformational Leadership on Employees’ Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. More and more Taiwan companies set up subsidiary companies or branch offices in China. This study is to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on employees’ job satisfactions and organizational commitment with the subject of the subsidiary company located in China, which is owned by one public company in Taiwan. This study confirms that transformational leadership is positively related to employees’ job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is also found to be positively related to organizational commitment. The mediating effect of job satisfaction on transformational leadership and organizational commitment is confirmed in this study. Suggestions and recommendations for future research are provided.
