摘要


本論文主要探討具有負型半導體電性的有機材料,合成出具有π-共軛平面分子結構,為了增加這類化合物溶解度和傳電子半導體性質,將酸酐官能基反應成含氟長碳鏈亞醯胺官能基。同時為更進一步瞭解化合物的特性,藉由熱重量分析儀?TGA?和微差熱掃描卡計?DSC?來探討其熱性質,為了探討化合物於負型有機半導體材料方面的應用性,將化合物製成薄膜,利用X-射線繞射儀?XRD?和原子力顯微鏡(AFM)探討化合物物性,最終將化合物製作成元件並探討其電性質。

In the thesis we mainly discuss n-type electron transport organic semiconductor materials. We have synthesized a series of extented π-conjugation of anhydride-based compounds. In order to increase the solubility of those compounds and enhance the n-type semiconducting properties, we transform the anhydride moieties into perfluroalkyl imide group. These compounds will be characterized and analyzed via thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), cyclic voltametry (CV), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Finally, their applications of organic field effect transistors are examined.
