物流中心播種式揀貨系統之揀貨的研究

摘要

在物流中心的各項內部作業中，揀貨作業是一項重要且繁雜的工作，是否能在合理的時間內完成此項作業，直接關係著物流中心的經營成本與服務水準。從人力需求的角度來看，目前絕大多數物流中心仍屬勞力密集的產業，就一般而言與揀貨直接相關的人力佔物流作業的50％以上，而揀貨作業時間就佔整個物流作業時間比例約為30~40%，在成本上，揀貨人工作業成本佔物流中心總成本的15~20%（董福慶、陳明德，1995），因此，能否有效地降低訂單揀取的時間與成本，將是企業在市場上競爭的重要關鍵之一。由於客戶少量多樣化的訂單已是如今流通業者所必須面對的趨勢，因此揀貨的方式便成為影響揀貨作業效率的一個最重要的因素。所以，如何規劃出一個合理的揀貨方式，有效地降低揀貨作業所需的時間與成本，對於整個物流中心的運作效率有著決定性的影響。
本研究目的在針對播種式揀貨方法作一有系統的整理，包括訂單分群
的方法、配置至揀貨區的策略，及備料區的選擇。
本研究的主要目的大致歸納如下：
1.將相關文獻作有系統的整理、分類。
2.探討有效的訂單分群方法、揀貨區配置策略、備料區選擇。
建構一有系統播種式揀貨系統的揀取作業流程，降低揀貨作業時間與成本。

The order-picking system in the distribution center can be generally divided in two ways, one of them is “pick-to-light”, and the other is “put to light”.

Most previous research work on pick-to-light system, but there are few research about put-to-light system. So we hope to use three kinds of order pool, five kinds of similarity coefficient rules, one clustering algorithm, and two kinds of prepare materials zone to find an efficiency way in the put-to-light system.
