摘要


本論文主要針對高亮度LED以PWM方式驅動並與直流驅動作比較,及研究二種驅動方式用在人類肉眼視覺的亮度和積分球所量測的亮度之間關係,找出最佳的省電驅動方式,應用在未來白光LED照明科技上。 本論文分成六個章節,第一章為緒論,內容包括研究動機和目的。第二章為白光LED的結構、色彩,驅動方式和亮度,第三章為驅動電路及程式設計,第四章為實作與測試,包括驅動頻率的改變對亮度的比較、視覺感知的亮度和積分球所量測的亮度之間關係的不同。第五章是數學程式模擬,主要是以matlab程式為第四章的測試結果提出一個模擬model,用來解釋人眼的感知反應。第六章為結論及未來發展。

The document mainly focus on comparison of White Light LED Driver with PWM and DC Signal and research in detection of human vision and integrating sphere with two different driving methods. The theme want to find out the best white LED drive method for power saving, and use in future lighting technology. The theme is composed of 6 chapters. Chapter 1 is an introduction and illustrates the motive and purpose of the theme. Chapter 2 illustrates the structure, color, driving method and illumination of white light LED. Chapter 3 is the designment of LED driver circuit and program. Chapter 4 is the measurement. In this chapter, we compare frequency and luminance of LED, and we also try to find out difference of human vision and integrating sphere with two different driving methods. Chapter 5 is program simulation. In this chapter, we want to create a model to simulate the result of experiment in chapter 4, and we use this model to clarify the illumination detection response with human vision. Chapter 6 is conclusion and future wok.
