新原型開發之系統化設計與模擬分析-以AC LED電路為例

摘要


本論文主要目的在於提供AC LED電路一個可行系統化設計方法,首先運用專利參考文獻編制出技術/功效矩陣表,以提供技術創新的正確方向與參考依據,另導入TRIZ發明法則去分析AC LED優劣,並遵循其TRIZ的發明原則,找出對AC LED設計上具有幫助的創新建議方法;將其創新建議分析可行方案,採用PSpice電路模擬軟體進行測試與驗證,再將軟體模擬出的結果進行實際電路測試驗證。故所發展出新設計原型流程,可協助開發與研究人員對產品創新的流程重要參考依據。 研究結果為: 一、依此設計流程所發展出的AC LED 電路新設計原型可有效提高電路對電源利用率,改善原橋式電路整流造成電源利用率之問題。 二、依此設計方法所發展出的AC LED串並聯式非對稱橋式電路,其電路的排列方式,可有效提高電路對電源利用率並增加在單相交流電源中LED發光數量。 三、依此設計方法步驟並不限於AC LED電路之應用,對於任何產品創新皆可以藉此為參考流程。

The main purpose of this paper is to provide a viable systematic AC LED circuit design method, first of all references used to compile the patent technology / effect matrix, to provide the correct direction of technological innovation and references, and the other laws of the invention into TRIZ to analyze advantages and disadvantages of AC LED and follow the TRIZ principle of the invention, identify the AC LED design methods with innovative proposals to help; to innovative proposals of feasible options, use PSpice circuit simulation software, testing and verification, then the results of the software to simulate the actual circuit testing and certification. Therefore, the development of a new prototype process, can help developers and researchers on product innovation processes important reference. The results are as follows: 1.The design process to develop the new design prototype AC LED circuit can effectively improve the circuit power supply efficiency, improve the original bridge rectifier circuit of the problems caused by power supply efficiency. 2.The design method developed by the AC LED series parallel asymmetric bridge circuit, the circuit arrangement, can improve circuit efficiency and increase in single-phase AC power supply in the number of LED light. 3.This design steps are not limited to the application of AC LED circuit, for any Product innovation are available to the reference flows.
