跑步機馬達動態負載之量測

摘要


本篇論文主要在設計規劃一個跑步機動態特性測試系統。以數位訊號處理器(DSP)為系統核心,輔以扭力計、訊號量測板和個人電腦,架設跑步機動態特性測試系統。在本系統機構硬體、電路硬體和韌體規劃下,對AC伺服馬達進行三相電壓、三相電流、扭力、轉速等動態特性量測,並將類比訊號數位化後儲存於DSP處理器。 儲存後的數據經過數位濾波器後進行特性運算,由三相電壓、三相電流可求得三相電功率,並以系統鑑別可求得實功、虛功;由扭力、轉速可求得機械功率;再進而求得總系統效率,最後完成跑步機動態特性測試。

The main purpose of this thesis is to plan a active-charactered testing system on treadmill. The main core of the system is DSP MCU, and works with torque sensor, measurement board, and PC. Under mapping out mechanical hardware, electrical hardware and firmware, the system measures voltages, currents, torque and rotate speed from AC server motor and saves as digital form in DSP MCU. After measuring, the data are calculated through FIR filter, and calculate different characters. The system calculates power with voltages and currents, and identify the parameters of powers. Besides the power, system also calculates the mechanical power with torque and rotate speed. Finally the system can get the total efficiency of the treadmill.
