田口式實驗設計法於改善筆記型電腦中央處理器過熱問題研究

摘要


近年來CPU散熱片的製造技術已受到高度重視,且在開發高效能CPU的同時,已成為一種不可或缺的技術。目前電腦使用者,需要功能增多, CPU工作頻率隨之增加,設限於筆記型電腦空間,散熱不易,應用田口方法找出筆記型電腦CPU過熱所產生融化現象之問題。

In recent years, the manufacturing technology of CPU heat sinks has got much attention and becomes indispensable for developing the high-performance CPUs.The first CPU design had low working frequency and low heat producing.The purpose of the study is to use Taguchi method to improve CPU overheat of notebook computer.
