連接器供應商於中國大陸地區導入出貨管理系統之個案研究

摘要

我國連接器廠商隨著下游系統廠產線外移而前往大陸投資已成為必然趨勢。歷經
2007 年全球原物料上漲與客戶降價動作兩頭壓力下，使得連接器廠商面臨毛利急遽
下滑壓力的困境。在資訊科技的應用上，如何整合供應鏈的資訊，勢必成為企業降低
營運成本的重要因素之一。本研究的目的在詳細描述個案公司在中國大陸多交貨地
區、多個交易模式、多種運輸方式與多種關務政策下如何利用資訊科技技術導入供應
鏈出貨管理系統及導入後所產生的成效。
本研究採用個案研究的研究方法來探討供應鏈出貨管理系統導入後對組織績效的影
響。藉由個案公司於中國大陸各製造廠的出貨模式與集中倉的佈局，以提供其他於中
國大陸設廠之零組件產業作為出貨模式之參考使產業供應鏈運作更為經濟與效率。
在個案探討上，透過出貨管理系統的導入使得個案公司的輸成本大為降低，管理模式、
出貨流程、流程無紙化與人力精簡等均改善不少。希望透過個案的分析，能提供相關
產業作為資訊系統開發的一個基礎。

The connector manufacturer of our country moves with customer''s factories of low reaches
and goes to the continent to make the investment and already become the inexorable trend.
The global original material rise and the customer reduction act under two pressures after
2007, causes the coupling manufacturer to slide hurriedly faced with the gross profit the
pressure difficult position. In the information science''s and technology''s application, how does
the conformity supply chain''s information, will become the enterprise to reduce one of
inevitably transport business cost important attributes. The result which does this research''s
goal in the detailed description case company in mainland China multi-delivery area, under
many transaction patterns, how many kinds of transport modes and many kinds of different
customs matters policies induct after the information science and technology supplies the
chain to produce Shipment Management System and inducts produces. After this research
uses the case study the research technique to discuss the Shipment Management System
inducts, to the organization achievements influence. With shipping model and overall
arrangement of the warehouse in every factory of China''s Mainland of case company, regard
offering other industries of setting up the factory in China''s Mainland to make the industry
supply chain operation economy and efficiency as producing reference of the goods way as.
In the case discussion, make the transportation cost of the case company greatly reduce and
shipping efficiency and can be in charge of accusing of and improving effectively through
producing insertion of the administrative system of the products, hope that can offer a
foundation that relevant industries develop as the information system through the analysis of
the case.
