摘要


本研究旨在針對:要如何在合作式網路探索的活動之中,幫助學習者發展出釐清開放式問題的架構。由於合作學習是一種需要人與人之間互動的活動,如何透過電腦的輔助,讓學習者在沒有辦法面對面討論的情況之下,也能持續的學習,持續的貢獻,將是本研究的重點。 本研究將開發一套合作式網路探索系統,希望能夠藉由網際網路的幫助,提供學習者一個不受時間限制與使用限制的開放空間,並且提供了貢獻資源、交換資源以及鏈結資源的功能。同時,將會記錄學習者解決問題,擴展概念的歷程。藉由分析這些歷程來瞭解,在學習者探索的過程當中,什麼對概念發展的影響最大。 本研究發現透過網際網路搜索得來的外部資源,對於討論開放式議題有很大的影響性。學習者對於外部資源的運用,隨著討論的進行,在扮演的角色上也會有所不同,通常可以分為廣度搜尋以及深度搜尋。此外,在電腦輔助之下,能夠成功的延長學習者學習的時間並且吸引學習者貢獻資源與意見。最後,學生在課中與課外的學習模式也不相同,課中的學習通常是為了討論出概念架構而著重在小組成員間的討論;課後的學習通常是發表個人的意見或是貢獻說明的文獻。

This research is focus on how to support learner solving open-ended problem in a cooperative network exploration activities. Collaborative learning is an human interactive activities, so we will focus on how to help people keep learning without giving an environment supported by a face to face but through computer. We will develop a system for cooperative network exploration activities and make sure that learners can contributing, exchanging and linking their resources and concepts without any limit in this system. At the same time, system will record how learners solving their problem and expanding their concepts. By analysising this log data to understand what is the most influence in a learning process. We find out that the external resources finding in Internet will have many influence on the discussion of open-ended problem. Learner will using external resource to help discussion in two ways : understanding the problem or supporting the position of the problem. Besides, computer supported collaborative learning environment can extend the participation time of learning and attract the contribution of resources and concepts. Finally, the learning model is different at in course and out course. Learner usually expend time on discussing the main structure of solution in the class and expend time on posting personal comment or contributing external resources to support position.
