高階投影機之新產品開發專案管理– 以M公司為例

摘要


目前視訊產業中,大尺寸電視逐漸普及的時代,行動顯示裝置之便利性提高,思考如何在一片紅海市場競爭之下,尋求出藍海市場商機,以市場區隔方式、往技術門檻較高的方向進行研究開發,應用於大型會議室、教育市場與新興開發中國家電影院需求之高流明、高畫質放映系統,目前中國大陸、印度、東協地區等區域電影院與戶外投影市場持續增加,故發展高階投影機為本專案利基。 透過個案公司專案管理技巧以達到高階投影機能滿足客戶需求日期下成功上市,並使用財務經營管理方法使個案公司投影機部門能保有獲利基礎,使業務、製造、物料、研發相關單位能協同合作達成部門績效。 故依照高階投影機之新產品開發專案管理,得到本研究之結論與建議如下: A.整合新機種專案開發流程各階段準備重點工作,縮短開發試作時程,降低缺料風險與建立模組化平台設計概念應用於未來衍生機種持續領導業界競爭力。 B.建立財務管理重點指標,強化業務銷售組合,透過生產管理方法達到部門獲利 目標,並結合採購策略與提升專案管理效率讓機種永續經營。

Currently the video industry, the increasing popularity of large-size TV era, action to improve the convenience of display devices, think about how the conventional leadership under a competitive market, seek out the blue ocean leadership opportunities, market segmentation approach, to a high technical threshold of direction research and development, applied to large conference room, high lumens education in developing countries and emerging market demand for cinema, high-end projection system, currently in China, India, ASEAN and other regional areas and outdoor cinema projector market continues to grow . Project management skills through case company to achieve higher-order functions satisfy the customer demand projected date successfully market and make use of financial management methods projector case company departments to maintain profitable basis, so that businesses, manufacturing, materials, research and development related units can collaborate reach sector performance. So we generated the conclusions and suggestions were as below: A.Integration of the various stages of the development process of new project phase in, for the process to reduce the risks associated with lack of material and build a modular platform design concept in the future competitiveness of the industry's continued leadership derivative project. B.Establishment of financial management indicators, strengthen business sales mix to achieve the profit target by producing sector management methods, combined with the procurement strategy and project management to improve efficiency so that sustainable business models.
