新產品開發流程及績效評估 – 以某電感製造廠M公司為例

摘要


本研究以個案公司為例,探討新產品的開發流程。藉由各項表單之設計,個案公司用以協助開發成員,完成各種新產品之開發,並提高新產品開發之效率以及後續追蹤。對於此一新產品開發流程的模式能否運用於其他產業之產品,本研究所得結論如下: 1.藉由新產品開發流程的建立,可強化新進研發人員之培養,依據表單能使公司成員更快速熟悉流程,步上軌道。 2.藉由新產品開發流程的建立,可以減少不必要的浪費,提升新產品開發的效率,並提高公司的獲利。 3.公司可建立一套標準的新產品開發流程,針對不同種類之新產品,設計各項合適的表單,並以同一套流程完成各項新產品之開發。

The study investigates a new product development process with the company in case study. By means of designing different forms of new product development to better assist the R&D employees, the company manages to complete and improve the development as well as efficiency and follow-up for various new products. The applicability of such new product development model in other industries is concluded as follows: 1.The establishment of a new product development system will facilitate the training of R&D employees and speed up the pace in familiarize themselves with the process. 2.The establishment of a new product development system will reduce unnecessary waste in any form and strengthen the efficiency as well as financial profitability for the company. 3.Company can set up a set of standard procedures for new product development, design appropriate forms for various new products, and complete the new product development based on the standard procedures.
