新型光學式三角量測系統之應用

摘要


本研究的主要目的在於建構一套新型且非侵入性的光學式三角測量系統應用於脈搏量測。新型光學式三角測量系統包含紅光雷射、CMOS影像感測器、步進馬達以及個人電腦。光源使用紅光雷射並架設在步進馬達上,將紅光雷射投射在手腕脈搏跳動處,利用步進馬達平移光源達到二維的掃瞄效果並由CMOS影像感測器紀錄其過程存成影片,最後將影片利用程式運算即可得知脈搏的3D振幅圖以及自動定位出寸、關、尺三個脈位的位置。 本研究利用光學質心法以及快速傅利業轉換(FFT)為原理來運算,其中CMOS影像感測器解析度為640*480,每秒30 frame。將CMOS影像感測器拍攝好的影片經由光學質心法計算每個frame的質心變化量再經由快速傅利葉轉換將時域變為頻域,並利用振幅大小自動定位出寸、關、尺三個最大振幅位置。

This paper presents a non-invasive, non-contact system for the measurement of the human body vibration waveforms of the pulse in the left wrist. This measurement system includes a red light laser, a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensor, a step motor and a personal computer. The light source use red light laser and designed on the step motor, the red light laser projected onto the vibration of the wrist. The laser is moved by a driving stepping motor to shift the projected laser line so that it can scan the surface of tested wrist and use CMOS image sensor to record the process and save as film. Finally, Measurement results show the three-dimensional pulse vibration film and the frequency and amplitude at the position of three acupuncture points on the wrist: Chun, Guan, Chy. Laser triangulation measurement and the optical centroid method are applied and the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) method used to get the measurement results. The resolution of CMOS image sensor is 640*480 pixel sizes and per second 30 frame. The results are then processed by the fast Fourier transform (FFT) method to determine changes in the vibration frequency by appropriately changing the frequency domain. The device can automatically define the positions of the three vibrating pulses positions (Chun, Guan, Chy).
