策略的精實程度與企業績效之關聯性研究

摘要


企業處於全球激烈的競爭環境,致使企業的營運型態有重大的改變,精實生產可幫助企業降低成本,並針對不同的顧客的不同需求,在最短的時間內,製造出符合顧客期待的產品。精實生產的落實也已經成為因應臺灣企業製造環境改變的關鍵做法之一。而企業的策略與其經營績效息息相關,企業要進行精實革命,其策略的精實程度即為重點。本研究透過企業的方針管理、最佳實務、標竿制度、跨功能團隊與精實供應鏈探討企業策略的精實程度以及其對企業績效能否產生顯著的影響。 本研究以臺灣上市公司製造業作為問卷調查的對象,共計發出500份問卷,回收的有效問卷48份。研究以部分最小平方法對所提出的假說加以驗證,結果顯示企業實施方針管理及建置最佳實務能促使跨功能團隊的組成,並對企業績效有正向且顯著的影響;企業建立標竿制度有助於最佳實務的建置,而標竿制度及最佳實務的建立有助於精實供應鏈的建立,進而對企業績效有正向且顯著的影響。

Enterprises are in a global fierce competitive environment, which has brought about significant changes to the operations of enterprises; lean production may assist enterprises in reducing costs, and manufacture products that conform to the customers’ expectations according to the different demands from different customers within the shortest period of time. The implementation of lean production has also become one of the key approaches corresponding to the change in Taiwan’s enterprise manufacturing environment. An enterprise’s strategy and its operating performance are closely related, and for an enterprise to execute lean revolution, its strategic lean level will be the key factor. This research explores an enterprise’s strategic lean level through enterprise policy deployment, best practices, benchmarking, cross-functional teams and lean supply chain, as well as whether it will produce a notable influence on enterprise performance. This research used listed companies from the manufacturing industry in Taiwan as the target for the questionnaire, with a total distribution of 500 questionnaires, and 48 valid questionnaires retrieved. The research applied the Partial Least Squares to verify the proposed hypothesis, and the outcome indicates that an enterprise implementing policy deployment and establishing best practices may stimulate the formation of cross-functional teams, and has a positively remarkable influence towards enterprise performance; enterprise establishing benchmarking is beneficial to the establishment of best practices, whereas the establishment of benchmarking and best practices is beneficial to the establishment of a lean supply chain, and thereby has a positive and remarkable influence on enterprise performance.
