具親疏水雙性貼布材料之合成與應用

摘要


本研究以陰離子聚合法製備含acrylic acid(AA)(提供親水性),isoprene(提供彈性)及methyl methacrylate(MMA)(增加黏性)三成份之親水親油雙性共聚高分子。先利用陰離子聚合法合成polyisoprene-block- poly(tert-butyl acrylate) (PI -b-PtBA)及polyisoprene - block - poly(methyl methacrylate) (PI -b-PMMA)團聯共聚高分子,再將兩高子利用Sulfur monochloride (S2Cl2)交聯PI相得到含有三成份之共聚高分子;最後再將poly(tert-butyl acrylate)鏈段以Trifluoroacetic acid(TFA)進行酸化得poly(acrylic acid)。團聯共聚物之結構以1H NMR、FT-IR鑑定,分子量Mn以光散射測定,其分子量分佈指數為1.0至1.1間。熱性質則由TGA和DSC分析,並測量高分子黏度及其吸水性。

The work is mainly to use anionic polymerization to prepare the terpolymer containing acrylic acid(AA)(providing hydrophilicity), isoprene(providing elasticity) and methyl methacrylate(MMA)( providing viscosity). First, polyisoprene-block-poly(tert-butyl acrylate) (PI -b-PtBA) and polyisoprene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PI -b-PMMA) diblock copolymers are prepared by anionic polymerization. Then, PI domains of two copolymers are crosslinked with S2Cl2 to obtain the terpolymer. Finally, poly(tert-butyl acrylate) is hydrolyzed with TFA to convert to poly(acrylic acid). Synthesis and characterization data of the diblock copolymers, are collected from 1H NMR 、FTIR、light scattering、TGA and DSC. Furthermore, viscosity is measured and the hydrophilicity is observed.
