國中生之壓力認知與因應策略對校園偏差行為之影響

摘要


摘要 本研究旨在探討國中生壓力認知與因應策略對校園偏差行為之影響,並以本研究編製之「國中生日常生活問卷」,針對嘉義縣公立國民中學學生進行問卷調查。本研究採取分層叢集抽樣選取九所學校進行施測,共回收有效問卷557份;將所得資料逐筆輸入SPSS18.0統計軟體,進行描述性統計、交叉表、因素分析、多變量變異數、相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法,並根據其結果,歸納本研究之結論,分述如下: ㄧ、國中生所知覺壓力共有八個因子:「家庭生活」、「感情生活」、「同儕相處」、「自我認同」、「時間運用」、「學校生活」、「生涯目標」及「生理成熟」,其中以「自我認同」壓力認知最多。 二、國中生面對問題因應策略分別是:「消極問題因應」、「積極問題因應」、「消極情緒因應」及「積極情緒因應」,其中以「積極情緒因應」策略平均數得分最高。 三、不同性別、年級之國中生在壓力認知因子中有顯著差異。 四、不同性別之國中生在因應策略因子中有顯著差異。 五、不同性別、年級、家庭狀況之國中生在整體偏差行為與分層面上有顯著差異。 六、「家庭生活」與「感情生活」知覺壓力可預知「消極問題因應」策略。 七、「家庭生活」、「感情生活」及「學校生活」壓力認知皆可預測校園偏差行為。 根據上述研究結論,本研究提出以下建議供教育主管機關、學校行政單位、國中教師及教養國中生者深究。 一、家庭:和諧家庭氣氛、建立學習環境、適度期望管教。 二、學校:增進自我認識、教導問題解決、建立友善同儕。 關鍵字:壓力認知、因應策略、偏差行為

Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of pressure recognition and coping strategy on deviant behavior in campus for junior high school students. And students in public junior highs at Chiayi County were selected to take a “Junior high school students’ daily life questionnaire” which was designed in this study. This study adopted a stratified cluster sampling to select nine schools for measuring, and had collected 557 valid copies. The resulting data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, cross- table, factor analysis, MANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis and other statistical methods of SPSS18.0 statistical software. The major findings of this study are as follows: (1) There are eight factors in junior high school students’ perceived pressure, including “family life”, “affectional life” , “peer relationships "and" self-identity "," time management "," school life "," career goals "and" physical maturity ". "Self-identity" scores higher in perceived pressure scale than other factors. (2) Junior high school students face problems with coping strategies as follows: "negative problem coping strategy", " positive problem coping strategy ", " negative emotional coping strategy " and " positive emotional coping strategy”. The " positive emotional coping strategy”gets the highest score in the average. (3) There is a significant difference in factors of pressure recognition between different genders and grades of junior high school students. (4) There is a significant difference in factors of coping strategy in different genders of junior high school students. (5) There are significant differences in overall deviant behavior and layered surface of junior high students from different genders, grades, and family statuses. (6) Both perceived stress of "family Life" and " affectional life" can predict the coping strategies of "deviant behavior". (7) Pressure recognitions of "family Life", " affectional life " and "school life" can predict the campus deviant behavior. Based on the above findings, this study makes the following recommendations for the education authorities, school administrative units, junior high school teachers and students to use as useful references for the future studies. (1) For family: to provide harmonious family atmosphere, learning environment, and moderate expectations of the discipline. (2) For school: to provide self-awareness courses, problem solving course, peer relationships. keywords: pressure recognition, coping strategy, deviant behavior
