M-MAN:Mobile-Mutual Assistant Network

摘要

在本篇論文中，我們將介紹一個關於建立互助網路的平台。M-MAN不僅僅是指可以取得即時訊息的應用程式，M-MAN同時也是一個開發應用程式的平台，讓開發者可以持續維護屬於自己的應用程式。
除此之外，當MAN系統的使用者越來越多時，如何有效的管理龐大的資料就成了一項非常重要的課題。資料庫的設計方式，往往與系統的效能表現息息相關。因此，我們在資料庫中加入了一項新的機制，是為標籤機制，以期能解決MYSQL資料庫的瓶頸，並進一步增進系統的效能。
M-MAN系統的設計理念，是提供開發者開發以服務性質為主的應用程式。系統也允許開發者加入自己的協定或演算法，並整合第三方服務，例如透過谷歌地圖的整合，即可針對地理特徵作更詳細具體的說明。

In this paper, we’ll study a general platform for building MSNSs. The M-MAN is not only a set of mobile applications can gather real-time information, but also a mobile applications’ platform that provides developers a development environment to maintain their own mobile applications.
Besides, as increasing number of people using MAN, handling large amount of data becomes a very important issue. Hence, the design of database could affect the performance of MAN system. We introduce a new mechanism, tagging scheme, to solve the bottleneck of MYSQL server and further enhance its efficiency.
The main goal of the architecture design is to provide service abstractions as a base for development of new applications. The modular M-MAN architecture design allows new protocols or algorithms, along with the integration of third party services, such as Google Maps specifying geographic parameters [1].
