企業垂直多角化與績效之關係研究-以網通產業為例

摘要

本研究以國內上市櫃網路通訊產業為對象，以2010年為研究期間，針對台灣網通產業，利用迴歸分析模式，主要探討廠商在垂直多角化的連結程度對於企業營運績效的關聯性的相關連動是否有先正向成長達到一最佳化後，逐步開始衰退的趨勢的關係以及創新能力是否對於上述的關係有加乘的效果，並探討營運績效是否有反應在市場價值上。
研究結果發現，廠商應該要加強針對廠商垂直多角化的連結程度，並投入大量的創新研發投資，才能讓創新能力與廠商垂直多角化的關係有正向並加乘的效果，此結論應可供日後台灣網路通訊產業的企業在後續需改進並推動發展的長期趨勢方向，以作為提升台灣網路通訊產業在經營績效之參考。

This research base on internet relative industry of Taiwan in 2010. It using Regression method to investigate connation & relationship between business performance & enterprise vertical diversification. It show the contrary’s U to express the relationship. There is upward line at the beginning. When it heat the top point and the line turn to downward. And the innovation capability will strengthen the curve.
Every enterprise need to strengthen the connation with theirs vertical diversification and pay more investment with theirs innovation in this research. It will strengthen the result what we discussing. The conclusion in this research will give the benefit and help the development trend to future’s research.
