建築施工行業屬於高危險性行業,安全事故頻發,如何保護施工人員的人身安全,工地的建築材料、設備等財產安全是施工單位管理者最為關心的事情,因此工地安全一直是建築施工業的主要課題之一。 本文主旨即為如何使用無線感測設備來隨時監控工地的狀況,進而避開重大傷害事故的發生來保護人員的生命安全和預防工地財產的損失。 ZigBee技術是一種短距離、低速率、低功耗、低成本和可靠性高的無線通訊技術,應用領域主要有家庭自動化、家庭安全、工業與環境控制與個人醫療照護等,可搭配之應用產品則有家電產品、消費性電子、PC 週邊產品與感測器等。 現有工程實務監測作業上,在監測感應端及資料收集端之間的訊息傳輸,基本上均使用傳統的傳輸線來進行作業,在監測工作上與工程施工仍舊容易發生許多不方便的地方,為了能夠在維持提供有效的傳輸資訊能力條件下,希望能夠藉由ZigBee無線傳輸技術,改變監測系統傳輸資訊的方式,增加監測工作的機動能力,使其與工程施作業充分配合,完成有效的監測工作。本文將探討ZigBee相關文獻、開發環境和如何結合其他感測器,來完成工地建築壓力預警系統。
The construction industry is a high-risk industry with frequent accidents. How to guarantee personal safety of the construction workers and how to secure materials, equipment and property in construction are the most concerning things that construction site managers really worry about. The site safety has thus been one of the main topics of construction industry. This study focues on using wireless sensor devices to continuously monitor the status of stress on each construction components and warn managers of abnormal condition, thus avoiding major injury accidents to protect the lives of the personnel and also to prevent damage of property. ZigBee is a short-range, low-rate, low-power, low-cost and high reliable wireless communication technology. The application field mainly includes home automation, home security, industrial and environmental control, personal medical care, and so on. Conventional monitoring system in the construction site uses transmission cables to carry messages between stress sensors and data collection terminals, resulting in many inconveniences and concerns in both monitoring job and construction work. In this study, we change the way of transmitting information to increase convenience, scalability, and mobility of monitoring work by the ZigBee wireless transmission technology, while keeping effectiveness of information transmission and cooperating well with construction job in the site. This dissertation explores ZigBee’s literature, development environment, and how to design a construction site stress warning system with stress sensors.
