本研究主旨在探討女性新住民參與國小補校學習歷程的困擾與轉化行動,以及學習後的蛻變。主要研究目的在瞭解女性新住民參與國小補校學習情形與問題;以及學習歷程困擾的轉化行動與學習後的蛻變。研究方法上使用半結構式訪談法,訪談七位目前就讀於國小補校之女性新住民。 依研究結果歸納出下列結論: 一、南投縣女性新住民參與補校學習的情形以提升自我為學習導向最為強烈,其次是以教育子女及生活便 利為學習導向。 二、南投縣國小補校辦理女性新住民教育問題有:女性新住民缺席嚴重、學員異質性高教學困難及國小補 校屬附設性質招生不易等。 三、南投縣女性新住民參與國小補校學習歷程的困擾,主要有:個人、家庭與工作、學校及環境等四大因 素。 四、南投縣女性新住民面對學習困擾時,主要採取積極尋找各方面資源、以樂觀正向思考的態度、取得家 人支持共識、妥善管理時間及自我調適等行動來轉化。 依研究結論,建議如下: 一、對政府主管機關的建議:提供多元化學習環境與設備,並檢視國小補校實施辦法。 二、對任教於新住民教育相關教師之建議:應因應女性新住民特質進行適性教學,並提 升成人教學專業知能。 三、對女性新住民的建議:積極學習提升自我,並建立個人學習網絡。 四、對未來研究的建議:擴大研究對象及範圍,獲取更完整的資料。
The present study expected to explore the learning difficulties and the transformative action of the female new residents who participate Nantou County’s elementary supplementary school and their change after learning. We interviewed 7 female new residents student of Nantou County’s elementary supplementary school. Using Semi-structured interview, we had the following conclusion a. The first learning orientation of Nantou County’s female new residents who participate elementary supplementary school was improving self; the second is educating their children and adapting life. b. There were several problems of managing Nantou County’s elementary supplementary school, including absence, students’ differences were huge, recruiting new students was difficult. c. The four mainly learning difficulties of female new residents in their learning process were individual, family and work, school and environment. d. When Nantou County’s female new residents faced learning difficulties, their transformative action were: trying hard to search many resources, holding optimistic, positive attitude, getting their family’s support, managing time appropriately and self regulation. According to the conclusions, we had some suggestions: a. The government should provide multiple learning environment and equipment, and inspect implementation rules of elementary supplementary school. b. The teachers should consider the differences of the female new residents, use appropriate teaching methods and improve their adult teaching professional knowledge. c. The female new residents should make effort on improving themselves and build personal learning network. d. Future research should broaden study sample and range to get more complete information.
