國民中學學校文化類型與學校內部社區感之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討國民中學學校文化類型與學校內部社區感之現況、關係及差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以「國民中學學校文化類型與學校內部社區感之研究問卷」為研究工具。其中「國民中學學校文化類型量表」整體的Cronbach α值為.95、可解釋的變異量為57.13%;「國民中學學校內部社區感量表」整體的Cronbach α值為.94、可解釋的變異量為59.92%,兩量表皆具有良好的信效度。本研究調查對象為雲嘉南地區四縣市國民中學教師,採用兩階段抽樣方法。第一階段以分層隨機抽樣的方式,共隨機選取64所國民中學為樣本學校;第二階段則採便利抽樣法,共抽取651名教師為研究樣本,總計回收可用問卷為467份,回收可用率為71.7%。 最後利用平均數、標準差、平均數差異考驗、單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法,進行統計考驗以獲得研究結果,歸納本研究結果,得到的結論如下: 一、雲嘉南地區國民中學教師對學校文化類型的知覺程度屬於中高程度,對「凝聚共識文化」的知覺程度 最高,對「成長調適文化」的知覺程度最低 二、雲嘉南地區國民中學教師對學校內部社區感的知覺程度屬於中高程度,對「學校關懷同理」知覺程度 最高,對「學校認同參與」層面的知覺程度最低 三、雲嘉南地區國民中學教師因不同性別、擔任職務、學校地區、學校規模,在知覺部分學校文化類型上 具有顯著差異。其中男性教師、教師兼主任、學校地區位於都會區(省轄市、縣轄市)之學校教師知 覺部分學校文化類型的知覺程度較高。 四、雲嘉南地區國民中學教師因不同性別、擔任職務、學校地區、學校規模,所知覺之整體學校內部社區 感及部分層面有顯著差異。其中男性教師、教師兼主任、位於偏遠地區學校、學校規模在12班(含) 以下的學校教師對整體學校內部社區感的知覺程度較高。 五、國民中學不同學校文化類型之學校內部社區感皆具有顯著差異。 六、國民中學不同學校文化類型均與學校內部社區感之整體及各層面間有顯著正相關。 最後,根據本研究結論提出建議,以供教育行政機關、國民中學、教師及未來研究之參考。

This research aimed to probe into the school cultural types in secondary schools and the present situation of the sense of community within school and analyzed varied conditions caused by its interactions with the contextual variables of schools and the individual variables of a variety of teachers. Survey research was conducted in this study.The researcher sent questionnaires to 651 teachers of secondary school from Yunlin County, Chiayi County, Chiayi City, and TainanCity.There were 467 valid samples, and the rate of valid samples was 71.7%. The date are analyzed via SPSS12.0 of software Chinese edition and presented as t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and Chi-square test. The conclusions of this study were synthesized as followed: I.Perception of the secondary school teachers are in average-to-high extent to school cultural types. And the sense to the “consensual culture” is relatively highest, the sense to the “development culture” is relatively lowest. II.Perception of the secondary school teachers are in average-to-high extent to the sense of community within school. And the sense to the dimension of “school’s concern” is relatively highest, and the sense to the dimension of “school’s identity and participation” is relatively lowest. III.The degree of the sense of some school cultural types will be affected by gender of teachers, the present positions of teachers, the scale of school and the location of schools and have significant differences.Those who are male teachers, serve as administrative staff, teachers serve in the metropolitan area schools have higher consciousness. IV.The comprehensive and some dimension the sense of community within school consciousness extent varies according to the gender of teachers, the present positions of teachers, the scale of school and the location of schools.Those who are male teachers, serve as administrative staff, teachers serve in the remote area, and schools teachers whose schools contain less than 12 classes have have higher consciousness. V.Different school culture type of secondary schools of internal sense of community are significant differences. VI.There is positive relativity among the school cultural types and the sense of community within school. Finally, according to the research results, this study provided suggestions for the education administrative institutions, secondary schools,teachers, and future researchers.
