台南市中高齡學習者對工作假期的認知與參與動機之相關研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討台南市中高齡學習者對工作假期的認知與參與動機之相關研究,藉由問卷調查與統計分析,了解其關係並提出相關的結論與建議,以做為辦理中高齡學習者參與工作假期活動的規劃與實施之參考依據。為達上述研究目的,本研究採以自編之「中高齡學習者對工作假期的認知與參與動機調查問卷」為研究工具,針對台南地區之社區大學、台南市松柏學苑、國立台南生活美學館之長青生活美學大學45歲以上之中高齡學習者為研究對象,共發出500份調查問卷,回收452份有效問卷,有效回收率為90.4%,所得資料以SPSS 18.0統計軟體進行統計分析,本研究之研究結果如下: 一、中高齡學習者之工作假期認知程度佳。 二、中高齡學習者在工作假期之參與動機趨於正向。 三、中高齡學習者對工作假期之認知情形,會因為教育程度、婚姻狀況、參加工作假期 經驗及經濟狀況而有明顯不同。 四、中高齡學習者對工作假期之參與動機,會因為性別、年齡、參加工作假期經驗及經 濟狀況而有明顯不同。 五、中高齡學習者「工作假期認知」與「工作假期參與動機」具有正相關。 最後,根據本研究目的與研究結果,提出相關建議,以作為工作假期辦理單位及未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study was to research into the cognitions and participating motivations toward “Working Holiday“ of the middle-aged and elderly learners in Tainan city. The research method used in this study was questionnaires and statistics analysis, through this method to understood the relationships between cognitions and participating motivations. The results will be provided to the working holiday hosts. To aim the purpose, the researcher established a new questionnaire ” A Questionnaire to Investigate Middle-Aged Learners’ Cognitions and Participating Motivations toward Working Holidays”. The researcher adopted random sampling, taking 500 more than 45 years old learners from the Community University, The Senior Center and The Senior Living Art University in Tainan. A total of 452 effective questionnaires were secured. The percentage of effective questionnaires were 90.4%. The secured data were tested by SPSS 18.0. The results were presented below: 1.The middle-aged and elderly learners’ cognitions toward working holiday are fine. 2.The middle-aged and elderly learners’ participating motivations toward working holiday tend to be optimistic. 3. The middle-aged and elderly learners’ cognitions toward working holiday will be different from education background, marital status, experience of participating in working holiday and economic situation. 4. The middle-aged and elderly learners’ participating motivations toward working holiday will be different from gender, age, experience of participating in working holiday and economic situation. 5.The middle-aged and elderly learners’ cognitions and participating motivations toward working holiday were positive correlated. Based on the findings of this research, suggestions are made to the working holiday hosts, and hopefully the finding would serve as a reference for future studies.
