摘 要 本研究旨在探討台中市國小教師老化態度、活躍老化學習認知與學習需求之關係,並根據研究結果提出具體建議,以提供國小教師及教育相關單位參考。本研究採用問卷調查法,利用問卷實地施測,以蒐集實證性資料,作為分析討論之依據,輔以國內外相關文獻資料的蒐集,予以進行歸納、探討與分析。 根據研究發現,本研究獲致的結論如下: 一、臺中市國小教師的老化態度知覺程度相當高 二、臺中市國小教師的活躍老化學習認知相當高, 三、臺中市國小教師的活躍老化學習需求相當高 四、不同婚姻狀況、是否參加老化議題研習的台中市國小教師其老化態度有顯著差異 五、不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、是否參加老化議題研習的台中市國小教師其活躍老化學習認知有顯著差異 六、不同性別、服務年資、婚姻狀況的台中市國小教師其活躍老化學習需求有顯著差異 七、台中市國小教師老化態度和活躍老化學習認知及活躍老化學習需求呈現顯著的正相關 八、台中市國小教師活躍老化學習性認知與活躍老化學習需求呈現顯著的正相關 九、台中市國小教師老化態度對活躍老化學習認知具有預測力 十、台中市國小教師老化態度對活躍老化學習需求具有預測力
Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the Taichung City Elementary Teachers aging attitude, active aging learning cognition and learning needs of the relationship, and to make specific recommendations based on findings to provide elementary school teachers and education units.
